Janelle Smith

 

Janelle is a freelance costume designer and wardrobe technician, as well as a visual artist from Grand Rapids, MI and currently living in the greater Chicago area.

As a designer, they believe it is their duty to represent characters that garner empathy and produce creative energy that advocates for underrepresented voices. They commit to using my experiences to educate, empower, and inform audiences about current issues that impact our communities.
